We work with any non-food product under GPSR: electronics, home goods, tools, toys, technical textiles, fitness and outdoor. We do not work with food, cosmetics or medicines.
Standard onboarding is 10–15 business days: 2 days for initial audit, 5–7 for EPR registration and EAR designation, 3 for Art. 23 activation and NNN signing. The first shipment can leave in week 3.

The NNN contract is drafted under China's Anti-Unfair Competition Law (AUCL, Art. 9) and is enforceable before Chinese courts. It includes a penalty clause of €50,000–€500,000 per breach, depending on the deal volume.
